““Do you think you weren’t loved enough?”
“Somewhere between ‘not enough’ and ‘not at all’. I was always hungry for love. Just once, I wanted to know what it was like to get my fill of it - to be fed so much love I couldn’t take any more. Just once. But they never gave that to me. Never, not once.“”

just wondering.. why are broadway fans so afraid to admit that broadway is racist
no 💗 i don’t think you understand my point so here are some facts 💗
deh has one (1) continuously Black-casted principle character and she wasn’t even Black in the original production in DC 💗
hamilton is one (1) show 💗
shows like deh, wicked, mean girls, and more have more BIPOC as understudies/covers, replacements and ensemble than they do as principle actors, meaning that they have no desire to cast BIPOC unless they absolutely have to (such as when a white actor calls out) 💗
there are currently zero Black-owned broadway theaters 💗
